- Sacamos un alga nori, para manejar el arroz lo mejor es tener las manos mojadas. Colocamos en arroz y dejamos un dedo del alga sin poner arroz y por el otro extremo el que tiene el arroz le ponemos el pepino y el aguacate y empezamos a enrollar.
- Lo dejamos en la nevera y cuando lo vayamos a usar lo cortamos y servimos.
