- 2 aguacates maduros
- 1/2 limón
- 4 huevos L
- 150 gr. azúcar moreno
- 50 ml. aceite de girasol
- 240 gr. harina

- Preparamos todos los ingredientes

- Molde a usar: rectangular, forrado con papel de hornear(lo tenemos que humedecer y secar, así se acoplará mejor al molde)

- Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados calor arriba y abajo
- Exprimimos el limón, colamos y reservamos. Pelar los aguacates y cortarlos a trozos, echarles por encima 2 cucharaditas de zumo de limón y mezclar (así no se pondrán negros)

- En un bol ponemos los huevos y el azúcar moreno, batir muy bien hasta conseguir una masa muy espumosa

- Agregar 2 cucharaditas de zumo de limón y mezclar

- Ahora vamos a incorporar la pulpa de los aguacates y batir muy bien

- Poner el aceite y mezclar

- Ponemos la harina y levadura previamente tamizadas de poca en poca cantidad

- Como la masa queda muy espesa vamos a añadir 100cl. de leche para aligerar la masa, mezclar

- Poner nuestra masa en el molde y meterlo al horno durante 50’ comprobar con aguja que sale seca, sacar del molde y dejar enfriar sobre rejilla (sin quitar el papel)



- Mientras se enfría vamos a preparar el glaseado y necesitaremos: 250 gr. de azúcar glass, 1 clara de huevo batida ligeramente, unas gotas de zumo de limón

- Batir ligeramente el azúcar glass con la clara de huevo

- Añadir zumo de limón hasta conseguir la textura deseada (en mi caso puse 1 cucharadita de café de zumo de limón)

- Quitar el papel del bizcocho


- Poner el glaseado por encima, una capa muy gruesa


- Con la espátula vamos a levantar picos en el glaseado

- Con un soplete vamos a tostar el glaseado


- El glaseado está muy crujiente y el bizcocho muy suave y blando

- Realmente delicioso

- Muy esponjoso
