- 200 grs manteca
- 200 grs azúcar
- 1 huevo
- Esencia de vainilla
- 400 grs harina 0000
- 1 cucharadita polvo de hornear

- 500 grs yogur (yo usé de vainilla)
- Esencia de vainilla
- 1 cucharada nata con yema para pintar la masa (opcional)

- 100 ml nata
- 4 cucharadas azúcar de impalpable

- Balanza
- 20 a 22 cm el molde
- Pico, manga

- Para la masa batimos la manteca y azúcar añadimos la esencia de vainilla (usé imágenes de la otra preparación yo usé masas sobrantes) añadimos el huevo, batimos e incorporamos los secos tamizados y la sal. Batimos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.



- Ahora sí con la masa estiramos con palo de amasar espolvoreada con harina. (yo tenía restos de vainilla y cacao) fonsamos la tartera



- Y emprolijamos, pinchamos la masa con un tenedor y llevamos al freezer 30'. Una vez enfriada bien la masa. Llevamos a horno precalentado 180° 10'



- Preparamos mientras el relleno en un bowl colocamos los huevos el azúcar batimos a mano añadimos esencia de vainilla y el yogur



- Mezclamos hasta integrar todo. Opcionalmente preparamos una cucharada de nata con un poco de yema para pintar la tarta. Una vez cocinada la tarta por 10' sacamos rellenamos



- Y llevamos a horno precalentado 180° de 25' a 30' cuando se ve opaco el relleno está lista. Dejamos enfriar y llevamos a heladera mínimo 1 hora. Luego de fría la tarta preparamos la crema batida



- Decoramos con picos y listo tarta sabrosa. Decoré con 2 frutillas y 2 arándanos es a gusto.
