- Deshuesar y desmechar el pollo, adicionar la papa criolla y una vez la preparación haya espesado, agregue la papa pastusa, espere a que esté bien cocida y añada la papa sabanera hasta que ablanden, por último las guascas.
- Se sirve el plato hondo el caldo con las papas, seguido el pollo desmechado y la crema de leche, se acompaña con las alcaparras y aguacate!
