- 1 bote garbanzos cocidos
- 1 diente ajo
- 1 cucharada grande Tahine o crema de sésamo
- 1/2 vaso Aceite de oliva

- Sal, pimienta
- 1/2 limón
- 1/2 vaso Agua
- Semillas sésamo (opcional)

- 1 lata pimientos del piquillo
- 1 aguacate maduro

- En un colador limpiamos bien los garbanzos y enjuagamos. Con las pieles que se deshaga las apartamos. Echamos los garbanzos escurridos en la batidora, añadimos todos los ingredientes de la primera parte para hacer la base, y batimos bien. Probamos y añadimos aceite, agua, sal o limón según necesite y batimos de nuevo. Tiene que quedar con consistencia pero cremoso. Apartamos esta mezcla y dividimos en 4, partes.

- La primera parte la ponemos en la batidora junto con la carne de un aguacate. Batimos y ponemos en un bol o tupper donde vayamos a presentar el hummus dejándolo bien pegado a un lado. Cogemos una segunda parte de base de hummus y añadimos medio bote de remolacha (escurrida), batimos y ponemos al lado del hummus anterior. Ponemos una capa de hummus normal (qué es más sólido que el anterior). Y seguimos el mismo proceso con los pimientos del piquillo escurridos.


- Y listo! La parte de remolacha y de pimientos queda más líquida, si queréis podéis solidificarla más con maizena o más garbanzos. Yo la dejé tal y como salió. Podemos decorar con unas semillas de sésamo por encima y un chorrito de aove y a disfrutar! Recomiendo acompañarlo con palitos de zanahoria o palitos de pimiento rojo o amarillo. Riquísimo y super sano!
